content policy

grape hosts user-uploaded adult content. The following material is strictly prohibited and will be removed on sight; accounts uploading it are terminated and reported to law enforcement where applicable.

zero tolerance (reported to law enforcement)

  • Any content involving a person under 18, including: real minors, AI-generated minors, cartoons/animations depicting minors, "age-play" that appears to involve a minor, and any content where age is ambiguous.
  • Non-consensual content: anything recorded or shared without the consent of every identifiable person, including "revenge porn," hidden-camera footage, upskirts, deepfakes of real identifiable people, and leaked private material.
  • Content depicting non-consensual acts, real violence against people, rape, torture, bestiality, necrophilia, or incest between real family members.

prohibited

  • Content that infringes copyright or trademark you don't own or license.
  • Content that violates any applicable law in the jurisdictions we serve.
  • Prostitution/escort advertising, trafficking, or payment-for-sex-acts arrangements.
  • Illegal drug use.
  • Scams, phishing, malware, or spam.
  • Doxxing or harassment of identifiable people.
  • Content that discloses private personal information about another person without their consent.

creator requirements

Before you can upload, you must pass identity + age verification (see 2257). For every video, you must have on file (and provide on request within 72 hours):

  • Government-issued photo ID for every identifiable performer.
  • A signed model-release / content-publication consent from every identifiable performer.

If you can't produce these records on request, the content will be removed and your account terminated.

enforcement

Every upload is reviewed before it goes public (pre-moderation). Reports are reviewed within 24 hours, non-consensual-content reports within 2 hours. We remove on first finding and ask questions after.
