If a video involves you or someone you know and was published without consent, email ncii@grape.hot with the video URL and any proof of identity you can share. We remove on first review; the uploader is notified only after the content is down.

Send DMCA takedown notices to dmca@grape.hot. Include: your signature (physical or electronic), identification of the copyrighted work, the URL(s) of the infringing material, your contact info, a good-faith statement, and a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate.

report a specific video

Any video page has a report button next to share. That queues the report for admin review immediately — fastest path for most issues.

deposit / withdrawal issues

Email billing@grape.hot for anything money-related — stuck deposit, mistyped address, sent an unsupported token to one of your deposit addresses, withdrawal taking longer than 24 hours. Include your username and the on-chain transaction hash. If you sent a token we don't officially support but it did land on one of your addresses, we can usually recover it manually and credit at market value.
